By accessing or using Color Sep Pro software, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Color Sep Pro is a professional color separation software designed for screen printing workflows. The Service includes the desktop application, web-based account management, customer support, and software updates as defined by your subscription plan.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Color Sep Pro software for your internal business or personal use in accordance with the plan you purchased.

• Each license is tied to a single device activation.
• You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or share your license with third parties.
• Licenses are valid for the term specified at the time of purchase (typically 1 year).
• Renewals are available at the published renewal rate before license expiration.

All prices are as listed on our pricing page. For customers in India, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST (currently 18%). International customers are charged in US Dollars (USD).

All purchases are one-time license fees. Annual renewals are required to continue receiving software updates and support after the initial license term expires.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the software, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal term has begun.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, documentation, website content, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Color Sep Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Circumvent any license key validation or device activation restrictions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, distribute, or make the software available to unauthorized users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLOR SEP PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
