You can open PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG and PDF files. For raster artwork we recommend 300 DPI or higher for the cleanest separations. SVG and PDF files can be processed as vector artwork.

You can export separations as PNG, TIFF and PDF (and SVG for vector jobs), at A4, A3, A3+ or any custom size, with optional registration marks. You can also print film positives directly from the app.

Each license allows activation on 1 device. You can deactivate your current device from your account dashboard to move your license to a new machine.

CMYK separations use ICC color management with a perceptual rendering intent, and you can supply your own source and destination ICC profiles for a color-managed workflow. Spot separations let you tune detection and matching to hit your target colors precisely.

Yes. You can match each channel to your exact target ink and define your own custom spot colors by RGB, CMYK or hex value, directly in the color panel — or pick from the built-in swatch library.

Yes. Color Sep Pro can generate a white underbase layer automatically, with a choke adjustment so the underbase sits cleanly under your colors on dark garments.

How do screen angles and moiré work?

For CMYK halftones the app applies standard cyan, magenta, yellow and black screen angles that keep prints free of moiré, and you can adjust LPI to match your mesh. Monotone halftones let you set a custom angle and positive/negative output.
